When will I get my order?

Soon! Most items ship on the next business day. I cover shipping within the US via First Class Mail and generally domestic packages make it to their destination in 3-5 days after I ship. Please note that delays are out of my control. If you need something by a specific date, please upgrade to expedited shipping at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Of course! Details are listed under my full return policy.

Can you make that shorter / longer / in another color?

I'll try. Whether you need a pair of hoops beaded in your son's little league team colors (Yes, I've done that!) or you want a scaled down necklace, just ask at sue@libbyandsmee.com . Please note: custom items are final sale.

How will my item be packaged?

All earrings are packaged on a thick kraft earring card with a hand-stamped brand logo. All Libby & Smee jewelry comes in a clear resealable envelope which is great for storage. Orders are wrapped in gold tissue paper and include a handwritten note from yours truly. Some customers have said "I felt like a friend was sending me a gift!".

How should I take care of my Libby & Smee jewelry? 

For best results, store all jewelry in the clear bag that came with your order. To keep hardware looking like-new, avoid water, lotions and perfumes which can tarnish the metal. Never swim or shower in your Libby & Smee jewelry. With care, your Libby & Smee jewelry should last for years!

What's the difference between gold-plated and gold-filled?

In order to keep my prices low, most of the jewelry I sell is gold-plated. That means that a thin layer of gold is over a base metal — often brass but in the case of my earwire hooks, it's gold over stainless steel. Gold-filled pieces have 100x more gold layered over the base metal making them more resistant to tarnishing, and a little more pricey.  In order to keep all your Libby & Smee pieces looking great, always avoid lotions, perfumes and water.

 Where do I enter a promo code?

Put the items you'd like in your cart and then head to checkout. Look for the Order Summary and enter the promo code there. On a desktop, it should look like this: 

If you're placing the order on a mobile device, the Order Summary may be hidden. If it looks like this, tap the little triangle to open up the Order Summary and then add the promo code where it says "Gift card or discount code" and click the arrow to the right. If your promo code is valid, the discount will be automatically applied.
